Refer someone for welfare benefits advice

If you need to refer someone for advice please, continue to our callback form.

Before making a referral please ensure the person you are referring:

1. Consents to the referral and is ready to engage with our benefits adviser.

2. Is able to gather paperwork relating to the issue they need help with.

3. Has been notified that phone calls from NBAC will come from a withheld number. We will attempt to contact them 3 times to book an appointment. If they do not respond the enquiry will be closed.

If the person you are referring requires both benefits and debt advice, please make a separate referral for each. This will mean submitting another referral under the 'Debt' heading.
