The support that North Bristol Advice Centre receives from Charitable Trusts, Foundations and Donors is critical for the development and growth of our services.

Committed to long-term relationships

Since NBAC was established in 1984, many supporters have made vital contributions to support our work and pilot new approaches. Thanks to such long-term relationships, we have been able to develop innovative and sustainable work to enable disadvantaged people to increase their financial and emotional wellbeing.

North Bristol Advice Centre works closely with philanthropic supporters to report on the impact of their grant. We provide:

  • thorough monitoring of projects to assess and evaluate the impact of your support on the lives of disadvantaged people.
  • reports on the progress of each funded project and our work in general.
  • opportunities to meet and talk with project staff and volunteers.
  • recognition on our website – or anonymity if preferred.

Please see the below for examples of projects in need of philanthropic support in 2022.
